david nevue in concert
Harvest Point is hosting an evening with David Nevue - an accomplished concert pianist. Make plans to enjoy an evening of music here at Harvest Point on Friday, September 9th, at 7:00pm. The concert is free to the public so we inite you to bring a friend, enjoy the music, and listen in on his story of life transformation through Christ. opportunities to study the Bible
- Disciple Bible Study is an in-depth 34-week study that is beginning soon. In a journey from Genesis to Revelation paricipants are strenghtened in their faith and guided into service and ministry. - Adventurous Prayer is a ladies' Bible study held on Wednesday mornings 9:30am-11:00am at our warehouse. Childcare is provided, please RSVP. For more info contact Susan Holly at 770.957.4334.
ladies craft night
Our monthly open craft night is this Thursday, September 1st, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Come work on a project, fellowship with others, and share your love of crafts. This is an open time, so please cand go as your schedule allows. Childcare is provided for a donation of $2 per child. Interested in using technology to present the Word of God in an exciting way? The HP Media Team explores new ways to share the timeless message of Jesus. Opportunities exist for assisting with Sunday service presentations, mixing sound, or enhancing HP's presence on the 'net. Stop by the technology tale for moreinformation. food pantry opportunity
Our Outreach Team volunteers at the "Helping In His Name" food pantry on Hwy 155 every Tuesday evening 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Our item for the month of September is canned goods, so please remember to bring canned goods each week in support of the food pantry. If you or your LifeGroup can volunteer to help on Tuesday nights contact Kathy Stokes at 770.507.0405.
children's shelter
Our Outreach Team also soponsors a meal and activities for "A Friend's House" on the fourth Sunday night of each month. If you are interested in helping with this ministry contact Kay McCollough at 770.389.8212.
