We will have fun bowling to celebrate the 5th graders' growing out of the Children's Ministry and into the Student Ministry. A coupon will be provided for a game of bowling to each 5th grader. - NEED A PLACE TO LIVE?
Our HP Building Committee has decided to rent out the house on our property (located at 911 Simpson Mill Road, Locust Grove) until we are ready to move on site. The house is approximately 2500 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We are advertising this with our church family on a first come first serve basis. - A TRIBUTE… In honor of Mother's Day, we invite you to write a
tribute to your mother. They will be arranged on a "Wall of Honor" in
the worship center and will be included in a booklet for you to
present as a gift to your loved ones. Visit our website and click on
"Tribute to Mothers" to submit your tribute or turn in a handwritten
copy to the church office no later than Monday, May 5th. (See

What a wonderful and exciting time in the life of Harvest Point as we prepare to plant          permanent roots on our property at 911 Simpson Mill Road.

Our "VISION 2008" is to secure funding, construct, and furnish this new facility.

Current commitments to Vision 2008 above and beyond the tithe are:

Thirteen families committed to give a one-time gift totaling       $38,910
Six families committed to give weekly totaling                            $10,200
Eighteen families committed to give monthly totaling                 $42,100

Current "Vision 2008" Commitment Total... $91,210

     Thanks to my church family for all of your prayer support for the last five months. I also thank you for all of the cards, food, visits, the many acts of kindness and, most of all, for the outpouring of love that you have given me. My family is also appreciative of each and every one of you. They, too, have felt your prayers and love.
     I am overwhelmed by the   Poinsettia project and funds       donated to my trust. The therapy is so important to me as I continue this journey of faith to regain my physical well being. You have helped so much.
     Please continue to pray for my recovery.

POINSETTIAS! This Christmas… Be a part of something special through
your Poinsettia gift!

Make your Christmas especially wonderful this year by honoring or
remembering someone with a beautiful poinsettia and, at the same time,
helping someone in need! Because of a wonderful donation, the entire
$15 you invest will go directly to the BART HUDSON FUND. Your gift
will be a great blessing to Bart and his family? Order forms are
available in the lobby this Sunday. The last day to order is Sunday,
(12/9). Poinsettias will be displayed on Sunday, December 23rd,
during our Worship Celebration. You may take your flower home after
that service or after the Christmas Eve Service.

RETURN TO BETHLEHEM

The children will be participating in RTB on December 13-15 in support
of that wonderful ministry. If your child would like to be a
villager, they may do so if YOU are willing to dress in costume and be
an extra with them! If your entire family will be acting/working with
RTB and you need care for a child, please contact Lisa Bates ASAP so
we can make arrangements for activities and snacks for those three
nights from 5:30 to 9:30 PM or lisabates@bellsouth.net.
